The main feature of the Drench Shower is to deliver a deluge of water in case corrosive material contacts portions of the body. In addition it also offers first aid in the even of clothing fires. Because of the huge quantity of water available (Approx. 150 liters per minute) it bears no resemblance to the normal bathroom showers in design and performance.
